Each of the projects listed below previously filed financial statements and other related reports with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").  However, each of these projects has subsequently filed a Form 15 with the SEC confirming that it is no longer required to file reports with the SEC under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the SEC's rules and regulations thereunder.  Nevertheless, each of the projects listed below is providing this information on a voluntary basis for the convenience of the holders of its obligations and certain other interested parties.  Because these projects are not subject to the aforementioned SEC reporting requirements, the following financial statements and reports are not prepared in accordance with such requirements.
